I didn’t grow up with it. At all. But, if I “chose” to go – my parents would’ve supported me 100%. So, if I seem overly-interested in it, it’s just because I never chose. Does that make me a bad person? I guess it could.
Last Sunday it was the Jehovah’s Witnesses. I was watching a bad JW, she’s uninvited but still devoutly listening. And I think the teachings explain some of her behavior. ‘Why does Peter have more than Paul? Because Peter ASKED’. This was a great service if you’re a quiet guy like me but, she doesn’t know how/when/where to stop.
For a long time, I really thought I was missing out. And I’m probably preoccupied with marriage because of it. Everybody wants to be a part of something don’t they?
Enough of this heaviness.
